New Settings Experience (Navigation Redesign)

We’ve completely redesigned the Settings area to make it easier to navigate and manage.

What’s improved:

  • Structured sidebar navigation with grouped categories (General, Operations, Integrations, Approvals)
  • Cleaner naming conventions across all settings
  • Complex settings moved into dedicated pages instead of tabs
  • Breadcrumbs and improved page layouts for better clarity

All old URLs will continue to redirect for now, but will be deprecated after September 30, 2026—we recommend updating bookmarks.

New support experience and ticket dashboard

We’ve recently transitioned to a new support chat platform—thank you for your patience as we’ve made this upgrade.

While the experience should feel familiar, it’s now faster, more organized, and more powerful.

Ticket Dashboard Portal

One of the biggest improvements is the introduction of a dedicated ticket dashboard, where you can:

  • View all of your past and active support tickets in one place.
  • Track the status and progress of each request
  • Keep conversations organized and easy to reference
  • Message our team directly from within any ticket

This gives you full visibility into your support history and makes it easier than ever to stay on top of ongoing requests. To find the Ticket Portal, go to Help & Support, then click into the Ticket Portal near the bottom of the chat widget. This view will list the tickets you have reported so far.

We highly recommend checking this out in your account and testing it with your team.

These updates are all about giving you more control, better visibility, and smoother integrations across your operations.

If you’d like help enabling any of these features or want a walkthrough, reach out to the Luminous team anytime. Thanks guys!(:
