Overview
The Settings area in Luminous has been redesigned to improve navigation, clarity, and organization. This update introduces a structured sidebar, clearer naming conventions, and separates complex settings into dedicated pages.
These changes make it easier to locate and manage settings while maintaining the same underlying functionality.
Complete URL (Route) Changes
All previous Settings URLs now redirect to updated paths. Both old and new links currently work, but redirects will expire after September 30, 2026.

Some features that were previously tabs are now standalone pages.

Feature Changes and Simplifications
SKU Settings
- Removed as a standalone page
- Now located within Inventory settings
- Old route displays a redirect notice
General Settings
- Reduced from 9 tabs to 7 tabs
- Removed:
- Shipment Status
- Purchase Order Status
- These are now separate pages
UI Improvements
When the new layout is enabled:
- Sidebar navigation appears on all Settings pages
- Breadcrumbs display current location
- Save button is positioned in the page header
- Pages include contextual action buttons such as:
- "Manage PO Lifecycle Statuses"
- "Manage Fulfillment Statuses"

- Use updated page names when navigating or documenting workflows
- Access statuses and types through "Manage" buttons, not tabs
- Update bookmarks to new URLs before September 30, 2026
- Use sidebar categories to quickly locate settings
