The Pick/Pack Status column on the Sales Orders grid shows where an order is in the pick-and-pack process. Each status has a colored dot.

The labels in the grid and its filter differ slightly from the names in the question:

How the stock check works

For an order with no picklist, Luminous compares the quantity each line needs with the stock available in the order's warehouse group.

  • If every line is covered, the status is Not Created.
  • If any line needs more than is available, the status is Not Enough Stocks.
  • If the order has no warehouse group yet, the check uses total on-hand across all warehouses.
  • If an order has fulfillment orders, each one is checked against its own warehouse group.
  • Drop-ship fulfillment is skipped in the stock check.
  • Quantities that have already shipped are not counted.

The status updates in the background as stock changes. An order can move from Not Enough Stocks to Not Created once stock arrives.
