Overview

If you have access to more than one Luminous workspace and you sign in through the central Luminous login (the "Choose a workspace" page), a Change organization button is now available in your user profile menu. It takes you straight back to the workspace picker so you can open a different account without logging out.

Prerequisites

  • Your login must have access to more than one Luminous workspace.
  • You must have signed in via the central login (the "Choose a workspace" screen). Users who authenticate directly on a single tenant's login page do not see this button, because their session is not tied to the central picker.

For help signing in centrally, see How do I sign in to Luminous?

Steps

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of Luminous to open your user menu.
  2. A dropdown menu opens showing your profile options.
  3. Click Change organization (shown with a building icon).
  4. You are taken back to the Choose a workspace page, where your available workspaces are listed.
  5. Click Open next to any workspace to enter it.

Your session remains active — you are not logged out.

The workspace picker

The picker surfaces two sections when you have visited several workspaces:

All workspacesEvery workspace your account can access, with a search filter when the list is long.
