Use this to give buyers one link where existing buyers sign in and new buyers apply for wholesale.

Before you start

  • In Settings › Storefront › Wholesale applications, turn on Accept applications from the form. The apply link only appears while it’s on.
  • Your storefront needs a usable address. Without one, no links appear on the sign-in page.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings › Storefront.
  2. Find the B2B Portal sign-in page section.
  3. Turn on Show shop links on the B2B Portal sign-in page. This adds "Sign in on our new shop" below the sign-in form. It also adds a link to your application form while Wholesale Applications is on.
  4. Optional: with applications on, enter Apply link text, up to 120 characters. For example: "Don't have an account? Apply for wholesale access." If you leave it blank, buyers see "Request wholesale access".
  5. Save.

What buyers see The link appears below the login form on the B2B sign-in page. Clicking it opens your wholesale application form. This works with your live login design, and with the default sign-in page if you have no saved design.

Troubleshooting

  • The link is missing: check that Wholesale Applications and the shop links toggle are both on, and that your storefront has an address.
  • The "Apply link text" field is hidden: it only shows while Wholesale Applications is on.
