Clearing Manufacturing Fee or Default Supply Method on a SKU

What was happening

On the SKU detail / edit page, if you deleted the value in the Manufacturing Fee field or cleared the Default Supply Method dropdown and then saved, the field would silently revert to its previous value on reload. The blank state was not being included in the save payload under a specific hydration condition.

What changed

The save payload now always includes both fields, sending an explicit blank when the field has been cleared. The form correctly persists a blank Manufacturing Fee and a cleared Default Supply Method.

How to clear the field

1. Open the SKU detail page and click Edit SKU (or open the SKU creation modal).
2. Delete the value in Manufacturing Fee or clear the Default Supply Method dropdown.
3. Click Save.
4. Reload the SKU — the field should now show as empty.

Note: This fix applies to the SKU detail / edit form. Manufacturing Fee amounts on individual Assembly Orders are controlled separately within each order's Extra Costs section.
