Symptom

On Operations → Shipments, the counters (All Shipments, Pushed, Push Failed, Never Attempted) all show 0. The grid is empty and the footer reads "0 to 0 of 0". You know shipments exist.

Why

By default the Shipments page lists only shipments from warehouse/3PL integrations that sync back to your sales channel. Shipments fulfilled in the sales channel itself are not listed. If your tenant has none of the synced kind, the grid is empty.

How to see every shipment

  1. Open Operations → Shipments.
  2. Tick the All shipments checkbox in the page header. It is also available as the Show all shipments button in the empty-state message.
  3. Pick a date range chip (7d, 30d, 90d or All). The recency chip applies too, so a narrow range can also give an empty grid.

Your choice is remembered on this browser. Ticking All shipments moves the page off the Push Failed view so the full list shows. If you opened the page with a ?preset= link, that preset still applies.

The status counters on the left (All Shipments, Pushed, Push Failed, Never Attempted) count only shipments synced to a warehouse/3PL integration, even when All shipments is ticked. If the grid is still empty, check for column filters (such as Ship Date) in the grid header.

What "Not applicable" means

Shipments that are not synced to a warehouse/3PL destination show a grey Not applicable Push Status. Nothing is ever pushed for them, so they are not Failed or Pending. The Push Failed and Never Attempted views do not include them.
