Schema Types Relevant to Inventory
When creating an export template you choose a Schema Type. The following schemas are most useful for inventory and supply chain reporting:
| Schema Type | What it exports |
|---|---|
| Inventory Stocks | Current quantity levels per SKU per warehouse (on-hand, available, pending, FBA, etc.) |
| Receiving Reports | Records of goods received against purchase orders |
| Inbound Shipment | Inbound shipment headers and status |
| Transfer Orders | Stock movements between warehouse locations |
| Cost Layers | Per-lot cost data tied to inventory receipts |
| Supplier Purchase Orders | Open and closed purchase orders from suppliers |
| Planning Forecast | Forward-looking demand and supply plan data |
| Materialized Forecast Data | Pre-computed aggregate forecast by SKU |
| Forecast Data by Channel | Forecast broken out by sales channel |
All other schema types (Sales Orders, Invoices, Products, etc.) are also available and can be combined with the above for a complete reporting setup.
Inventory Stocks — Available Fields
The Inventory Stocks schema exports one row per SKU per warehouse location. The fields below are available when you build a template using this schema:
Quantity Fields
| Field | What it represents |
|---|---|
qty_onhand | Total units physically on hand at this location |
qty_available | Units available to promise (on-hand minus reservations) |
qty_pending | Units reserved for pending (open) orders |
qty_onhold | Units held and not available for fulfillment |
qty_picked | Units currently picked and awaiting shipment |
qty_incoming | Units on open purchase orders expected to arrive |
qty_inbound | Units in active inbound shipments |
qty_transfer | Units currently in transit on a transfer order |
qty_instock | Total in-stock count (on-hand + inbound view) |
qty_committed | Units committed to confirmed orders |
qty_planned | Units allocated in production plans |
qty_available_via_assembly | Units that could be assembled from available components |
qty_recoverable_via_disassembly | Units recoverable if finished goods are broken down |
qty_totalfba | Total Amazon FBA quantity (fulfilled + unfulfillable) |
qty_unfulfillable | FBA units flagged as unfulfillable by Amazon |
Identifier and Sync Fields
| Field | What it represents |
|---|---|
sku | The SKU identifier |
warehouse_id | Internal ID of the warehouse |
location_id | Internal ID of the warehouse location |
last_qtys_sync | Timestamp of the last quantity sync for this record |
Related Data (via relationships)
When building your template you can expand relationships to include additional columns:
- Product (
rfqrelation) — product name, description, category, and other product attributes - Warehouse — warehouse name and grouping
- Location — location name (e.g., bin or zone)
Relationship fields appear as nested nodes when you browse the schema field picker in the template editor.
Tips for Inventory Export Templates
- Use Field Conditions to filter to a specific warehouse or SKU range — for example, export only SKUs where
qty_onhandis greater than 0. - Use Column Reordering to put
sku,qty_onhand, andqty_availableat the front of the sheet for readability. Click Suggest Headers to auto-generate friendly column names before saving. - Schedule daily — inventory quantities change throughout the day; a nightly or twice-daily sync keeps your Google Sheet current without hammering the system.
- Assign a dedicated spreadsheet to your Inventory Stocks template if you are also exporting Sales Orders or Purchase Orders, so each data type lands in its own file.
- For a live dashboard, use Overwrite sync mode. For a running historical log of snapshots, use Append mode.
