Overview
The Show credit-card form toggle controls whether the credit-card payment section appears during B2B Portal checkout. If you are looking for it inside the Cart & Checkout tab and it seems missing, that is expected — the toggle is intentionally hidden until a prerequisite setting above it is turned on.
Where to find it
- In Luminous, click your user name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Under Operations, select B2B Portal.
- Open the Cart & Checkout tab.
- Scroll to the Cart & checkout permissions section.
- Locate the Allow no-payment checkouts toggle — this is the toggle directly above the credit-card form control.
The "Show credit-card form" row only appears on screen when "Allow no-payment checkouts" is turned ON.
If "Allow no-payment checkouts" is off, the credit-card form row is hidden entirely. Enable that toggle first, and the "Show credit-card form" toggle will appear immediately below it.
- Once Allow no-payment checkouts is on, you will see the Show credit-card form toggle. Turn it on.
- Click Save Settings.
What each setting does

| Show credit-card form | When on, the credit-card entry section is displayed at checkout so buyers can pay by card. |
These two settings are independent — you can enable the credit-card form whether or not no-payment checkouts are allowed. Turning "Allow no-payment checkouts" off does not reset or disable "Show credit-card form"; the setting is saved as-is and the credit-card form will still appear when the prerequisite is re-enabled.
Additional prerequisites
For card payments to actually process, a payment gateway must be configured in System Settings → Payment Gateway (Cybersource or Authorize.net).
