Overview

Mirakl is a marketplace operator platform — a single Mirakl integration account in Luminous can connect you to any marketplace powered by the Mirakl platform (e.g. Kohl's Marketplace, Purchasing Power, and others). The Mirakl integration supports two capabilities:

  • Product sync — Luminous pulls your product catalog from the Mirakl operator.
  • Inventory stock push — Luminous automatically pushes available inventory quantities back to the marketplace.

Note: Mirakl does not pull sales orders into Luminous. Orders from Mirakl-powered marketplaces must be managed separately (for example, via EDI or another channel).

Prerequisites

Before you begin, obtain the following from your Mirakl marketplace operator:

  • Shop key — your seller API key issued by the operator
  • Operator base URL — the root API URL for the specific Mirakl-powered marketplace you are connecting to

Each Mirakl-powered marketplace you sell on has its own base URL and may issue its own shop key, so you will need a separate integration account per marketplace.

Step 1 — Create a Mirakl App Integration Account

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations (or use the Integration Catalog).
  2. Click Add Integration, then find Mirakl (search or scroll the All Integrations list) and select it.
  3. The Connect Mirakl form opens.
  4. Enter your Shop Key and Base URL (the operator base URL) in the credential fields.
  5. In Name this connection, give the account a descriptive label (e.g. Mirakl – Kohl's Marketplace).
  6. Click Save.

Luminous will store your credentials and the account will appear in your App Integration Accounts list.

Step 2 — Set Up a Channel to Push Inventory

Once the integration account is created, configure a Sales Channel to push stock back to the marketplace:

  1. Go to Manage → Channels and click Create.
  2. Set the Channel Type to Sales Channel.
  3. Enter a Channel Label (e.g. Mirakl – Kohl's).
  4. In the Push Inventory Stocks and Costs section, enable Push Stock to Integration.
  5. Set the Push-To Integration Account to the Mirakl account you just created.
  6. (Optional) Configure a Scheduled Push Stock cadence so inventory syncs automatically on a schedule.
  7. Save the channel.

Mirakl does not require a separate Store ID when connecting as an order source, since your shop key and base URL already uniquely identify your seller account with the operator.

Step 3 — Verify the Product Catalog Pull

The Mirakl integration can pull your product listings from the operator's catalog. This happens automatically after the account is connected and can be used for SKU mapping. Check Manage → Channels → Product Mapping to review or correct any SKU mappings between Mirakl's listings and your Luminous SKUs.

Multiple Mirakl Marketplaces

If you sell on more than one Mirakl-powered marketplace, repeat Steps 1 and 2 for each one. Each marketplace requires its own App Integration Account (with its own shop key and base URL) and its own channel.
