When to use this

Amazon MCF can reject a fulfillment order (FO), for example with a "Delivery SLA not available" error when the requested speed can't be met for that SKU or address. The FO then sits in Error. Change the shipping speed and re-push the order instead of creating it manually in Seller Central. That avoids a duplicate sales order.

Steps

  1. Open the sales order and find the fulfillment order in Error.
  2. Click ⋯ → Edit Fulfillment Order.
  3. Change Requested Shipping Service to a speed Amazon can meet, such as Standard. This is free text. The channel’s MCF mapping converts it to the Amazon speed, so use a value your mapping recognizes.
  4. Set Fulfillment Order Status to Pending. Orders in Error can’t be saved until you choose a status.
  5. Click Save Fulfillment Order.
  6. Open the fulfillment order, click Actions → Push to Fulfillment Channel, and click Yes.

Limits

  • You can't edit the shipping service once the FO has been pushed or accepted by the destination (it has a source reference). The field is hidden in that case, and the system refuses the change.
  • The change is written to the fulfillment order's activity log, showing the old and new values.
