Overview

The Invoice Email settings in Luminous allow control over how a company logo appears in outgoing invoice emails. This includes the option to hide the logo entirely or adjust its size for better formatting and branding consistency.

These settings are useful for teams that want more flexibility in how invoice emails appear to customers.

How to Configure Logo Settings

  1. Click your user name in the top-right corner and select Settings
  2. Select Invoicing under the Operations section
  3. Scroll to the Invoice Emails section
  4. To hide the logo:
    • Toggle OFF the Show logo in invoice emails
    • The logo will no longer appear in invoice emails
  5. To display the logo:
    • Toggle ON the Show logo in invoice emails
  6. Adjust logo size (optional):
    • Enter a value in Logo max width (px) (default: 180)
    • OR enter a value in Logo max height (px) (default: 90)
  7. Click Save Settings to apply changes
