What is the Action Center?
The Action Center is a single page that surfaces everything in your Luminous account that is waiting on a person right now. It is organized into personal items (assigned to you) and team queues (visible to everyone with the right permissions).
The five queues
| Queue | Who sees it | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Approvals awaiting you | You only | Approval requests where you are the named approver |
| Sales orders awaiting posting | Anyone with sales order access | Orders received from a channel but not yet posted to inventory — nothing can be picked against them |
| Fulfillment orders not pushed | Anyone with sales order access | Fulfillment orders that never reached the warehouse — nothing will ship until each one is pushed again |
| Inventory discrepancies | Anyone with stock access | SKUs where counted stock does not match the cost layers (report only — use the link to the discrepancies page) |
| Phantom on-hand | Anyone with stock access | Stock at the warehouse level that is not in any bin (report only — requires a reviewed correction outside this page) |
How to navigate the page
- Open Action Center from the sidebar.
- The page loads bucket cards for every queue you have access to. Each card shows a live count (capped at 9,999+).
- Click a card to open the item list in a drill-in panel on the right.
- Rows link directly to the record — links open in a new tab so your queue stays open.
- For the approvals queue, each row has Approve and Reject buttons. A confirmation dialog appears before any approval decision is recorded.
- For "Fulfillment orders not pushed," each row has a Push to channel button.
- For "Sales orders awaiting posting," each row has a Reprocess button (shows "Reprocess queued" once enqueued).
- The Inventory discrepancies card opens its dedicated report page when clicked (shown with an "Opens in a new tab ↗" indicator). The Phantom on-hand card opens a drill-in list of affected SKUs, with a View all link to the Inventory Stocks page.
If a queue check fails
A queue whose data could not be loaded shows Couldn't check instead of a number. This is intentional: a zero would look like good news. Click the card to retry.
