Use this when you have changed a saved Sales Order Grid preset and want to keep the changes. You don't need to create a copy.

  1. Go to Operations → Sales Order Grid and click the preset you want to update in the left panel.
  2. Rearrange, show or hide columns, and adjust filters as needed.
  3. Click Save Preset.
  4. Enter the exact name of the existing preset.
  5. A Replace saved view? dialog appears: "A view named ... already exists. Replace it with the current filters and columns?" Click Replace.
  6. You'll see "Filter successfully replaced." Reopening the preset now shows the new layout.

The preset keeps its name and color. Its saved filters, visible columns and column order are replaced with what is on screen.

Notes

  • Edit in the preset's ⋮ menu still changes only the name and color. It doesn't change the layout.
  • If you cancel the dialog, nothing changes.
  • The same replace prompt appears on other grids that use the same Save Preset dialog.
