How do I trigger an automation when a purchase order shipment is created or updated?

Automation rules offer three PO shipment triggers:

• PO Shipment Created
• PO Shipment Updated
• PO Shipment Created or Updated

Steps

1. Go to Tools → Automation → Create Rule.
2. Pick one of the PO shipment triggers as the event.
3. Add conditions and actions, then save.

Use Created or Updated when you want a single rule to cover both events.
