Ship and receive from the transfer page

  • Ship is available on the transfer order page until the source side has shipped. It uses the same ship flow as a sales order, including the lot dialog. If shipping is refused, the reason is shown.
  • Receive opens the receiving report for the transfer's purchase order. You can do this without finding the purchase order yourself.
  • The existing links to the underlying sales order and purchase order are still there.
  • The page also shows a short timeline, plus shipped and received quantities for each line.

Partially receivedSome quantity has been received at the destination.

Shipped quantity comes from the source side. Received quantity comes from the destination side. Quantity cancelled on the source line is left out of the target. A sales order that is marked shipped but has no stock actually shipped doesn't count as shipped.

Picking the source

On the transfer form, choose the Ship From warehouse. Luminous fills in the Fulfillment Source channel for you, and you can change it if more than one channel fits.
