Sharing or bookmarking a Purchase Orders tab
Every tab on the Purchase Orders list now has its own URL, so you can bookmark it in your browser, paste it into Slack or email, or add it to an SOP document. Whoever opens the link lands directly on the correct tab.
Available tab URLs
Navigate to the Purchase Orders section and click the tab you want. The address bar updates to one of the following paths:
| Tab | URL path |
|---|---|
| All Incoming (POs & TOs) | /orders/all-incoming |
| Active Orders | /orders/active |
| Draft Orders | /orders/draft |
| Cancelled Orders | /orders/cancelled |
| Completed Orders | /orders/completed |
| Shipments | /orders/shipments |
| Receiving Reports | /orders/receiving |
| Line Items | /orders/line-items |
Copy the full URL from the address bar — including any filter or page parameters in the query string — and share it.
Last-tab memory
If you navigate to /orders without a tab in the URL (for example, clicking the main nav link), Luminous automatically sends you to whichever tab you had open last. On your very first visit it defaults to All Incoming.
Sharing a filtered view
Filters and pagination are stored as query parameters on the URL. If you have applied filters (date range, supplier, status, etc.) before copying the URL, those filters are included in the link and will be restored for the recipient.
Note: The recipient must have access to the Purchase Orders module and, for any tab that is behind a feature flag (such as Line Items), that flag must also be enabled on their account. If a tab is not available to them, they are redirected to All Incoming automatically.
