The weight unit you pick is the one the Print Labels panel opens in. Operators can still switch units in the panel for a single print. If you never change the setting, the default is ounces.
- Go to Settings > Fulfillment.
- Find Print Labels weight unit.
- Choose Ounces (oz), Pounds (lb), Grams (g) or Kilograms (kg).
- Save.
The next time you open the Print Labels panel, weights show in that unit. If you never change the setting, the default is ounces. Only these four units are accepted.
Print many identical orders at once
If you select several orders with exactly the same SKUs and quantities, the panel shows one combined weight and box row for them. Enter the weight and dimensions once and they apply to every order in the group. Orders that don't match any other selected order keep their own row.
