Scan to Print has two modes, chosen with the toggle at the top of the page: Verify and print and Print.

Verify and print (review first)

  1. Go to Operations > Scan to Print.
  2. Select Verify and print.
  3. Scan or type an order number (a PickFlow tote number also works) and press Find.
  4. A review window opens. It shows:
    • the order number and a one-line ship-to summary;
    • the shipping service the customer requested;
    • a Residential or Commercial address badge, when it could be determined;
    • an items list where you scan each item to verify it is in the box, with a counter of items still to scan.
  5. The label panel on the right is the same one used on Fulfillment Orders. Set the carrier and service, weight, dimensions and shipping options, and view rates for the order. Changing options that affect price means you need to re-fetch rates.
  6. Press Print. The label is bought only at this point.
  7. If a packing slip is turned on in the print defaults and you did not already send it from the panel, it prints next. If you sent it from the panel, it is not repeated.

If your account requires every item to be scanned before printing, Print stays blocked until all items are scanned, and the window tells you how many remain.

Closing the window without printing records the scan as Cancelled in Scan History. It is not an error.

In Print mode a scan buys the label straight away using the saved print defaults (the cog icon). The summary under the scan box shows what it will print with. Use this once your carrier and service defaults are set up.

Scan History

Click any row in Scan History to re-open that order in the review flow. You can also reprint or void a label from its row.

Packing slips

If a print station is selected and online, slips are queued to it. Otherwise they download. If the slip fails, the row shows an error, and if the label was already bought it says so.
