How do I make GET /sales-orders faster by leaving out nested products?

Add include_product=false to GET /sales-orders. Order lines are then returned without the full nested product record. By default (include_product=true) the product is still included, so existing integrations don't change.

Combine it with fields= to trim the top-level fields too. For very large reads, you can also use the cursor-based export endpoint.
