Overview

Luminous lets you export a spreadsheet of every channel-mapped SKU alongside its available inventory quantity, buffer settings, price, and last-pushed data. This is the built-in way to get a snapshot of your channel product list with stock figures in one file.

Note on conversion factors: Unit-of-measure (UOM) conversion factors (e.g., units-per-case) are stored in product settings and are not included in the channel product export described below. If you also need conversion-factor data, you will need to cross-reference the export with your product UOM settings separately.

Step-by-step: Export Products from a Channel

  1. In the left navigation, go to Manage → Channels.
  2. Click the name of the channel you want to report on.
  3. Open the Product Mapping tab for that channel.
  4. In the top-right area of the page, click the Actions button (it shows a small arrow/chevron).
  5. From the Actions drop-down, choose Export Products.
  6. Luminous will prepare the export. Once it's ready you'll receive an Excel file (.xlsx) named Channel Products.

What the export includes

Each row in the exported file represents one channel-mapped product entry. The columns are:

ColumnWhat it contains
CHANNEL_SKUThe SKU as it appears in the external channel (e.g., Shopify, TrackStar)
CHANNEL_PRODUCT_NAMEThe product name from the channel
LUM_SKUThe mapped Luminous internal SKU
BUFFER_QUANTITYThe stock buffer applied before pushing inventory to this channel
BUFFER_TYPEWhether the buffer is a fixed unit amount or a percentage
LEAD_TIME_DAYSConfigured lead time for this channel SKU
PRICEPrice configured for this channel listing
CHANNELThe channel label
INTEGRATIONThe integration account the product belongs to
GTIN_FIELDAny alternate GTIN configured for this mapping
QTY_AVAILABLECurrent available quantity (on-hand minus pending orders) at the channel's warehouse group
IGNORE_STOCKWhether stock pushing is suppressed for this SKU
LAST_PUSHED_DATETIMEWhen stock was last pushed to the channel for this SKU
LAST_PUSHED_QUANTITYThe quantity that was last pushed

Filtering before you export

The export reflects the active products for the channel you are viewing. If you only want to see a subset (e.g., mapped SKUs only, or a specific product status), use the column filters in the Product Mapping grid to narrow the list before exporting — the export will respect the channel scope you selected.

Where to find UOM conversion factors

If your question is specifically about how many base units make up a selling unit (e.g., 12 units per case), those conversion factors live in Admin → Products → [product] → Unit of Measure settings and can also be managed via the Unit Conversion Rules API. They are separate from the channel mapping export above.
