Filtering Shipment Planning by multiple SKUs
The Shipment Planning tab (Inventory → Work Orders → Shipment Planning) lets you filter finished-goods rows to several SKUs at once using a chip-style input. Click Clear Filters to remove all chips and reset the other filters (Source Warehouse, Destination Warehouse, Work Order #).
Adding SKUs to the filter
- In the filter bar above the table, locate the SKU input field.
- Type a SKU code and press Enter or , (comma) to add it as a chip. The table reloads immediately to show only rows matching any of the entered SKUs.
- Repeat to add more SKUs — you can add up to 100 chips.
- Paste a list: Copy a comma-separated or line-by-line list of SKU codes from a spreadsheet and paste it directly into the field. All pasted values are parsed and added as individual chips at once.
Removing SKUs
Click the × on any chip to remove it. The table reloads to reflect the updated filter.
Clearing all filters
Click Clear filters to remove all chips and reset the other filter fields (warehouse, work order number, etc.).
How matching works
- The filter uses OR logic: a row appears if its SKU matches any of the chips you've entered.
- Matching is a partial (contains) match, so entering
SHIRTwill matchSHIRT-RED-SM,SHIRT-BLUE-LG, etc. - The filter applies to the Ready to Ship, Draft TOs, and Posted TOs tabs simultaneously.
Tip
If you already have a saved list of SKUs in a spreadsheet, copy the column cells and paste directly into the SKU chip input — Luminous splits them automatically.
