Who this is for

Production planners sharing manufacturing orders with co-manufacturers or internal stakeholders.

Before you begin

Export a production run

  1. Open the production run from Inventory → Work Orders → Production Runs
  2. In the Details sidebar on the run detail page, open the Export dropdown and click Export to PDF (CSV and Excel are also available)
  3. PDF generates using the Production Run template

The export can include work order appendix details per template configuration.

Export a single work order

  1. Open the work order detail page
  2. In the sidebar, click Export to PDF (Manufacturing Order for co-manufacturer)
  3. PDF generates using the Work Order template

What happens next

Download and share the PDF with your co-manufacturer or file internally. Template content is managed under Manage → Templates.
