The Luminous Card lets your sales reps create and manage invoices directly inside any HubSpot deal — no tab-switching required.

💡 What It Does

The new Luminous CRM Card brings the full Luminous Invoice Form into HubSpot.

It’s designed for high-volume sales reps who need inventory, pricing, and deal data to stay perfectly in sync — automatically.

When a rep creates an invoice through the Luminous Card:

• The invoice lines are automatically added to the HubSpot deal.
• The total deal value is updated in real time.
• (Optional) The deal can automatically move to the next stage based on your workflow settings.

This means faster quoting, fewer errors, and seamless data flow between your CRM and fulfillment systems.

⚙️ Setup & Configuration

When you first connect Luminous to HubSpot, you’ll see four JSON mapping fields (Status Mapping, Deal Field Mapping, Business Account Mappings and Shipping Address Mappings) in the integration’s edit dialog under Settings → Integrations.
To get started quickly, just copy and paste the following mapping values.
Advanced users can customize them later to fit their exact HubSpot field setup.
