Step 1: Navigate to the Sales CRM

  1. Log into your Luminous account.
  2. On the left-hand sidebar, click on CRM under the Sales section.

Step 2: Locate the B2B Portal Button

  1. In the CRM page, look for the B2B Client-Facing Portal link in the top-right corner.
  2. Click the button to access your portal.

Step 3: Access Your B2B Portal

  1. Clicking the button will redirect you to your automatically generated B2B portal.
  2. The URL will follow this format: yourdomainname.portal.luminousolutions.com.
  1. The portal will display the logo configured in your Luminous Settings.
    • To verify or update your logo, click your user name in the top-right corner, then go to Settings → Profile (Logo field).
    • The logo set here will automatically be applied to your B2B portal.

Your B2B portal is ready to use, complete with your branding and accessible to clients via the provided domain URL.
