You can add each SKU's current Landed Cost to a Data Export, for example to keep a Google Sheet's cost column up to date.
- Go to Tools → Admin Tools → Data Exports.
- Click New Export Data Template, or edit an existing template. Set Schema Type to Inventory Stocks. The Products schema has the same landed_cost field.
- In Select Fields to Export, search “landed” and check landed_cost directly under Inventory Stock. Don’t pick Product › estimated_landed_cost, which is a different value. Also check sku.
- Save. To sync now, click Sync to Sheets at the top, or the refresh icon on the template’s row (“Refresh template - Sync data to Google Sheets”). Otherwise the scheduled sync picks it up.
What the value is: The same Landed Cost shown on the product page under Pricing and cost, not the Estimated Landed Cost shown next to it.
Tip: Inventory Stocks has one row per SKU per warehouse group. Cost Layers has one row per layer.
