Use this when you need work orders for many SKUs and don't want to add them one at a time.
- Go to Inventory → Stocks, select the SKUs you want, and choose Actions → Create Bulk Work Order. On the Create Bulk Work Orders page, click Upload CSV.
- Upload file: drag and drop or choose a
.csv,.xlsxor.xlsfile (max 10 MB). You can download a template from the dialog. - Map columns: columns are matched automatically by common header names, and you can change them. SKU and Quantity are required. Optional columns are Warehouse, Co-manufacturer, Expected completion date (use YYYY-MM-DD) and BOM. Each CSV column can be mapped to only one field.
- Preview & validate: each row is checked. A SKU that isn't found, or a bad quantity or date, is marked with an error. Use the exclude toggle to leave a row out.
- Confirm the import. Valid rows are added to the form as SKUs, with the quantity, warehouse, co-manufacturer, date and BOM from your file. Review them, then create the work orders as usual.
Tips: only SKUs that have a BOM can be validated and imported.
